WinCity Holdings, in keeping with our expansion goals and business objectives is actively seeking new and exciting properties for acquisition, development or equity participation.

We will consider both existing commercial state controlled casino/resort properties or the management and/or development and management of Indian Trust properties throughout the United States, Central America and the Caribbean. Our minimum investment criteria is $5 million. We will consider all deals. Some deal types we will consider are as follows:

• Pari-Mutuel facilities (Horse Preferred)

• Casino Management Properties (Commercial & Trust Lands)
• To be Developed Projects (Project must be gaming approved)
